SUMMARY:Harvard Glass Flowers Exhibit
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a visit to one of Harvard’s most famous treasures\, the Ware Collection of Blaschka Glass Models of Plants\, better known as the Glass Flowers. From 1886 to 1936\, Leopold Blaschka and his son Rudolf produced 4\,300 astonishingly realistic glass models representing 780 plant species. The tour will be led by Collection Manager Jennifer Brown and Conservator Mei-An Tsu. Meet at Resurrection Church at 8:45 am to carpool. Tour starts at 10:30 am.
